Union Properties Headquarters

This 12-storey tower was the winning competition submission for the Union Properties Headquarters in Dubai. The development comprise of 8000 square meters of office space and two levels of basement parking.

The taut, reflective glass skin facing the Dubai Creek is a dynamic feature in the design as is stainless steel spire, braced by copper accent ribs which projects a distinctive profile along the Dubai Skyline.
